MM500, and MM1200 deliver up to 200,300, 500, 1,200 and 2,500 pounds of premelting

Tank capacity-
Reserve capacity is enhanced with a 200-lb,
300-lb, 500-lb, or 1200-lb storage tank that is teflon-coated.
Heating zone controls
- All heating zones are individually controlled with digital
read-outs and solid-state relays to provide accurate temperature monitoring
and control.
Stress control
- Temperature ramping from cold starts reduces stress to the
adhesive.

Continuous
and uniform glue flow - The tank design,
unlike the flat-bottomed systems currently on the market, ensures the
continuous and uniform flow of the adhesive through the heating elements
without stagnant zones, thus reducing glue charring.
Level sensing -
An automatic level control interface helps maintain consistent delivery to
the process or operation.
Temperature sensing -
Multiple levels of temperature sensing ensures a temperature maintenance that is critical
for PUR and other adhesive applications.
